About Kaisen Kitchen Nanami
Kaisen Kitchen Nanami is a seafood specialty restaurant run by the food and beverage division of the Yanagi Group, which operates a range of locally rooted businesses including seafood processing and trading, a food supermarket, a convenience store, and the "Yasai Mura" (vegetable village).
From Toyohama Fish Plaza to a new stage
The restaurant was founded in Toyohama Fish Square, where it serves dishes made with fresh seafood under the name "Kaisen Isaburo." This summer, the restaurant moved to a building adjacent to the FamilyMart Utsumi store and the Yasaimura Utsumi store. The three businesses have been combined to create a new style of store.

In search of ingredients---freshness is delicious
Yanagi Group has installed freezing equipment directly in the food producing areas overseas and is promoting live-killing and freezing, striving to provide Kitchen Nanami with freshly caught fish and shellfish.
